The Bridle Track is a 52km track located in New South Wales, Australia. The track runs from Hill End to Bathurst and follows a historic bridle path first used by early settlers in the 19th century. The route takes a few hours to complete and passes through some of the most spectacular scenery in the region. 


Along the track, you’ll find historic buildings and the remains of the old gold mining towns of Hill End and Sofala. You’ll also walk along the Macquarie River, which is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. The track is ideal for those looking for a challenge and a great way to explore the area’s rich history.
