The Bylong Valley Way is a nice ride with two fun sections about halfway through from Denman to Rylstone. The road is well maintained and has some nice country scenery. 

There's no much in-between the two towns to see so it's really just the road, however, both Denman and Rylstone have nice pubs and fuel so either is a good stop as a part of a longer trip.
