What does it cost? MotoRides Australia charges a 12.5% commission on each booking. There are no upfront fees to list your tours.

What happens with cancellations? MotoRides has a standard cancellation policy that applies to all bookings made through the platform to ensure a consistent experience for customers. We will also align with your cancellation policies where applicable.
Can customers pay in instalments? Yes. MotoRides manages bookings and payments on behalf of operators. For events over $1500, customers can pay a deposit and make instalments up until 30 days before the event.
Can I offer additional options like bike hire or accommodation? Yes. Our platform allows you to create and manage multiple options and variations such as bike hire, accommodation, or additional services.
What happens if I sell out through external sales? MotoRides tracks the total and current capacity of events listed on the platform. You can update availability at any time to reflect external sales. If you use MotoRides exclusively for bookings, availability will be updated automatically.
